Fiona’s career to date has covered sexual violence prevention, gender advocacy and leading and developing organisations in the not-for-profit and arts sectors.
Programme Manager – Community and Organisational Development
Judy promotes the development of communities and workplaces that are physically and psychologically safe for all people. She comes to this work from a background in violence prevention, organisational behaviour, policy development and the performing arts.
Heather comes from managing a Women’s Refuge and prior to that spent ten years working for Family Planning as a Sexual Health Promoter.
Belle manages the day to day operation of the office and supervises the communications and funding of the organisation. She is a strong advocate of equality and diversity and promotes safe and healthy relationships within the community.

Victoria comes from a background in education and advocacy for rainbow rangatahi, bringing a passion for equity to the workshops they run in communities and workplaces.
Gerard Hoffman has spent the past 35 years working in a range of social work, counselling and therapy roles in justice, health and tertiary education settings in New Zealand and Australia.

Keegan started as an educator delivering the Mates & Dates programme and is now coordinating and supporting our Wellington-based facilitators. Before moving to Aotearoa, he spent 5 years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin working in Crisis Stabilization through a Wraparound programme and facilitating sexual health and aggression replacement programs with adolescents.
